While we lived in Colorado, Rebecca had a co-worker, Ruth, who became like a grandmother to Olivia. Over the past few years, despite the distance, we've kept in touch and made plans to spend time with Ruth and her husband, Dick, while we were there. They invited us over to their place for lunch and a dip in the pool, which the kids just loved!
Ruth was kind enough to buy pool toys, including squirt guns, for all the kids.
Planes kept flying overhead, so Ezra (who is fascinated by them) spent a lot of time looking up. :)
Ezra just loved "Mr. Dick".
